Health and Safety:

On-set booked Artistes are the production company’s responsibility (the employer).  The production company must have suitable employers' liability and public liability in place to cover all artistes.

Health and Safety is paramount, and working practices must be maintained at all times. A failure to comply with Health and Safety regulations shall constitute a material irremediable breach of this agreement.

Relevant Health and Safety information must be relayed to the Artiste in line with the Employment Agencies Act 1973.

A failure by any artiste to comply with the Production Company’s Health and Safety Policy shall constitute an irremediable material breach of this agreement.

If you have specific Health and Safety questions or concerns, please talk to your booker so these can be passed on to the Artiste before shooting.
