All photographic jobs will be paid at an agreed rate. Either hourly, half-day or full-day, plus the appropriate usage fee.
Photographic Standard day and overtime rates
The industry standard for a photographic job is £300 for a half day (up to 5hrs) and £500 for a full day (up to 10hrs). Overtime, where applicable, is charged at 20% of the daily rate per hour.
Travel rates may be negotiated depending on location.
Buyouts
Similar to commercials, featured Artistes will also have a buy-out amount – determined by the usage of medium and length of usage.
Background
Background on Photographic jobs is typically £120 for a ten-hour day.
Night shoots are paid at time and a half of the above rates. Any job that shoots beyond midnight is considered a night shoot.
